Manage employee activities within facilities planning, ensuring alignment with long-range business objectives and strategic growth plans. Develop comprehensive project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals for immediate needs and future scalability. Drive continuous process improvements by leveraging data analytics and industry best practices to enhance operational performance and support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Drive alignment with other Global Real Estate and Facilities teams, including Facilities Management and the Construction and Engineering teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners, and direct reports to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes, ensuring long-term sustainability, innovation, and compliance with corporate standards. Manage, develop, and motivate employees by cultivating a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, and continuous learning. Lead with a Seek, Speak, & Listen (SS&L) mindset to promote open communication and strategic dialogue across teams. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree 10+ years of experience developing & delivering presentations to senior leaders 10+ years of experience leading or managing a team Preferred: Master’s degree or higher 10+ years of experience coaching and developing others 10+ years of experience working in a dynamic environment 10+ years of experience leading diverse teams (salaried and hourly) Experience in project leadership including planning, implementing and executing program plans Experience as a strategic business partner with strong customer support and teamwork Experience working with a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) Experience with real estate project management and space planning Experience with Manufacturing planning Experience working with State and Local Officials in support of planning activities Able to adapt Pay, Benefits & Other Details
Pay range: Summary Pay Range: $160,650 - $217,350 Benefits include a competitive Total Rewards package with health insurance, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
