Overview
Talent Acquisition Consultant at Credit Agricole CIB - Front Office. The Lead Auditor conducts audit assignments primarily in 2nd line corporate regulatory compliance from planning to issuance of the final report. This includes an assessment of the audited activity, the performance of tests, analysis and controls and the issuance of recommendations. He/she is responsible for the timeliness and comprehensiveness of the audit deliverables under the supervision of the Local Head of Audit or an Audit Supervisor. He/She is accountable for maintaining open communication with stakeholders, and drafting the management debriefing presentation and final report. He/she usually leads a team of several auditors. In most audits he/she also executes control sections of the audit. He/she generally, but not exclusively, leads audit assignments that have a focus corporate compliance and regulatory requirements. He/she provides support to other IGE Managers for assignments where regulatory compliance expertise is needed. He/she monitors and validates the implementation of recommended corrective actions identified in audit or regulatory coverage. Base pay range

Conduct audit assignments from planning to issuance of the final report, including assessing risks and validating control environments for design and operating effectiveness. Review and challenge processes and controls in light of their purpose, mandates, risks, and documented audit work. Verify the audited unit’s compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Monitor fieldwork, adjust audit scope to identified risks, and maintain progress within preset timeframes. Maintain open communication with the IGE and stakeholders on audit progress; escalate major control weaknesses as needed. Lead interviews and debriefing meetings with Management; finalize responses to draft audit reports and prepare final reports for publication. Ensure audit deliverables adhere to IGE/IGL Methodologies and Audit Charter; monitor assigned Auditable Objects (AO). Management of a team during an assignment
Define objectives and perform end-of-assignment assessments for the allocated team. Plan assignments, allocate work streams, manage projects/tasks/resources and budget as needed. Foster collaborative relationships within the team and with auditees; coordinate across the International Network. Contribute to continuous improvement of IGE methodologies and processes; support development of regulatory guidelines and audit processes/guides. Update Auditable Items scorecards and share relevant information with IGE Knowledge communities and Audit Partners; manage resources and schedules to achieve the audit plan objectives. Assist in preparation of the audit plan in coordination with local IGE leadership. Experience Essential
6 to 10 years of experience in audit or relevant control environment Bachelor or Masters’ degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, economics or related field (or relevant experience) Preferred: Certification (e.g. CFA, CPA, CIA) Strong knowledge of bank and broker dealer operations Series 99 Required Skills
Complete annual training on banking and regulatory matters within defined timelines Management and Reporting; direct reporting line to Regulatory Compliance, BSA/AML/Sanctions Audit Director During an assignment, may report to a global supervisor Key Internal contacts: Auditees (2nd line CACIB Compliance and CUSO Compliance), other control functions Coordinate co-source resources on engagements or support regulator interactions Business travel may be required to conduct audits Adhere to the CACIB Audit Charter and ethical principles (integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, expertise, transparency) No direct operational responsibility over auditable activities; no development of systems or procedures for the auditable perimeter Technical Skills Required
