Your Daily Adventures
Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations to meet key performance indicators and profit and loss expectations. Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing Team Members. Communicate and demonstrate the Brand values, attitude, and culture. Ensure successful implementation of programs, policies, routines, seasonal initiatives, and store needs. Develop clear action plans with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Oversee training and execution of in-store activities across business, operations, and sales/customer service to ensure Retail Standards. Support team members to deliver a great guest experience, assess guest needs, provide product education, and support in-store transactions and omnichannel programs. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management activities. Engage in career discussions to support team understanding of growth opportunities at Psycho Bunny. Move dynamically on the floor to address business, team, and guest needs. Resolve guest feedback and emergent issues to ensure a positive experience. Adhere to Health and Safety Standards and Covid-19 requirements to maintain a safe environment. Foster productive relationships with team members and support professional development. Your Toolkit
