$54,800.00/yr - $61,800.00/yr Responsibilities
Role is a hands-on experience that develops supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/tea passion and business acumen to build understanding of store management. Learn how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, build and develop great teams, and create a meeting place in the community that nurtures customers. Use a mix of online learning, classroom training and hands-on mentorship to grow the business, nurture talent, and inspire others. Qualifications
2 years retail / customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment Minimum High School or GED Requirements
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application Ability to work full time (over 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays Benefits
