Position Summary... This Program Manager role is designed to lead large-scale, complex initiatives within Walmart’s Seller Fulfilled Services (SFS) post-purchase experience. It emphasizes data-driven decision-making, strong knowledge of e-commerce shipping and fulfillment platforms, and a customer-first approach to building scalable, delightful post-purchase solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with senior executives, product, engineering, and strategy teams. Manage ambiguity by aligning on KPIs and key business outcomes. Lead cross-functional collaboration, issue resolution, and program tracking. Execution & Delivery
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with discipline and organization. Drive root-cause analysis, milestone monitoring, and weekly performance reporting to leadership. Ensure scalability and quality at Walmart’s Fortune 1 operational scale. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Measure program success through KPIs, ROI analysis, customer feedback, and cross-functional reviews. Identify gaps, propose solutions, and recommend process improvements. People Leadership
Hire, mentor, and develop associates. Create a culture of belonging, accountability, and recognition. Promote continuous learning and development. Values Alignment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area. Preferred Qualifications
