We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a
to oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to managing teams, inventory systems, and logistics. This role is essential in maintaining high levels of accuracy, productivity, and safety in the warehouse. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Monitor and improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of warehouse activities. Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS). Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Promote a positive team environment and enforce safety standards. Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners. Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for efficient material handling. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to OSHA and other relevant safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and lead safety training sessions. Maintain documentation for compliance with internal and external requirements. Qualifications: Required: 3+ years in Warehouse Manager or similar role Warehouse management systems experience Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment Forklift operation experience Preferred: Experience with WMS platforms Forklift certification
