We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Senior Healthcare Project Manager
to join our leadership team. This role is a pivotal opportunity to drive the successful execution of our most significant and complex healthcare construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction planning through final closeout, ensuring projects meet and exceed client expectations for quality, budget, and timeline. About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be the primary leader for multi-million-dollar healthcare construction projects, including new hospital builds, major renovations, and specialized facility expansions. This is not just about managing tasks; it’s about providing strategic oversight, mentoring junior staff, and fostering strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors. You'll navigate the unique complexities of healthcare environments, ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory and safety standards while delivering innovative and functional spaces. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle
for major healthcare construction projects, from initial scope definition and budget development to final project turnover. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans,
including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Serve as the main point of contact
and build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and key stakeholders. Oversee financial performance,
including budget tracking, forecasting, and change order management. Ensure strict adherence to all healthcare regulations
(e.g., Joint Commission, HIPAA) and safety protocols, including infection control risk assessments (ICRA). Mentor and guide
project teams, including project managers, superintendents, and administrative staff. Conduct regular project reviews
and provide clear, concise reports to senior leadership. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive experience
in project management, with a minimum of 5 years directly managing healthcare construction projects. Proven track record
of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget. Deep knowledge of healthcare construction
standards, codes, and compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership,
negotiation, and communication skills. Strong financial acumen
and experience with project budgeting and forecasting. Proficiency with industry-standard software
