(also known as Interior Design Lead or Senior Interior Architect) to direct interiors from concept through completion. Known for blending architecture, planning, and interiors into cohesive, sustainable environments, the firm is especially recognized for

workplace, civic, and cultural projects. Why this role stands out Own interiors from early vision through construction administration Mentor teams in a collaborative, design-forward culture Key Responsibilities Define and present design direction with project leadership Oversee interiors across all phases: concept, schematic, DD, CD, CA Present design solutions directly to clients Mentor and support junior staff in daily design work Select sustainable finishes, products, and furnishings; develop FF&E packages Integrate branding and environmental graphics into interior environments What You Bring Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture 10+ years leading interiors on complex workplace/civic projects Proficiency in Revit (Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Rhino a plus) Strong communication, technical, and materials knowledge This is a fully on-site role in San Francisco — no remote or hybrid.
