What You Bring
5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, retail technology , or the
eCommerce industry
with a strong track record of closing large, complex deals ($500K–$10M ARR). Deep knowledge of the eCommerce landscape
— proven experience selling into digital retailers, DTC brands, or eComm technology ecosystems (OMS, ERP, payments, fulfillment, or supply chain). Demonstrated hunter mentality — skilled at building pipeline through outbound and industry networking. Comfortable selling to
senior eCommerce, digital, and operations leaders
(CRO, COO, VP eComm, Head of Digital, etc.). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strategic, consultative approach with resilience to manage long deal cycles. Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a collaborative mindset. What You’ll Do Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects
in the eCommerce and retail ecosystem . Drive outbound business development and represent the company at industry events and conferences. Lead consultative sales conversations around inventory, forecasting, and digital operations challenges. Navigate multi-stakeholder deal cycles across eComm, Ops, Finance, Procurement, and Marketing. Negotiate and close high-value contracts, driving ~$4.5M ARR annual quota. Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account growth. Stay on top of
eCommerce trends, retail innovation, and competitive moves
