Bartender Full Time

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and serving beverages in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. The Bartender will also support banquet operations by interpreting and executing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring smooth beverage service for events and groups of 110+ guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest requests

Provide excellent guest service while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere

Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for group events to ensure accurate and timely beverage service

Set up and break down bars for banquet events, ensuring proper stock, cleanliness, and presentation

Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and policies

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, including inventory rotation and restocking

Collaborate with banquet and culinary teams to coordinate service for large-scale events

Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately

Qualifications

1+ years of bartending experience preferred; banquet bartending experience is a plus

Familiarity with reading and executing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for events and large groups

Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and liquor service

Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in both fast-paced bar and banquet settings

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Must be 21+ with proper certifications/licenses for alcohol service (as required by state law)

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
