The Opportunity: Flywire’s Travel business is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our Sales Team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional ready to build their career while contributing to both pipeline generation and deal closures. The BDR will spend 100% of their time on BDR responsibilities, driving lead generation and pipeline growth. Prospecting & Lead Generation Leverage prospecting channels such as cold calling, email, and social media to identify and qualify sales opportunities. Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities for the team. Partner with the marketing team to enhance campaigns and drive lead conversions. Research and identify new potential travel operator, DMC, and accommodation clients. Collaboration Work closely with Senior Account Executives and Managers to support pipeline growth and sales strategy. Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, and implementation, to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications
Education & Experience BA/BS degree (required). 1-2 years of sales experience; experience in payments or the travel industry is highly advantageous. Skills & Attributes Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within a sales organization. Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients. Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other pipeline management tools (preferred but not required). Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer / Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $45,000-55,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
