Aim to achieve sales and profit by controlling expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and growing net contribution. Focus on customer service by ensuring high service standards are maintained. Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. Maintain a high level of associate engagement through leadership by training, mentoring, motivating, and resolving associate issues. Maintain understanding of the local market, operations-based selling, and the customer base. Ensure the store exterior and interior appearance, including merchandising displays, meets required standards. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of retail store experience required. Knowledge of application and use of paint and sundries is favorable. Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Internet applications required. Ability to work flexible shifts and hours, minimum 45 hours per week; must have a valid drivers license. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds daily. Must consent to a background investigation, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check. Additional Details
