Who We Are Looking For As Senior Strategist, you will play a crucial role within the team, leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data and research into actionable insights and compelling strategic recommendations. The Senior Strategist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including client services, creative, and analytics to design, optimize, brief, and test marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate is curious, detailed, data-driven, and imaginative, capable of spotting meaningful insights and transforming them into customer-centric marketing communications that fuel business growth. What You'll Do Work directly with clients to define or refine opportunities and problems to solve. Develop communication strategies and plans across the customer lifecycle. Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify whitespace opportunities. Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and industry data to inform messaging and channels. Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to mine insights from data. Develop and present strategic insights and recommendations to clients. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.

What You'll Need 5+ years in brand strategy, marketing consulting, or advertising in fast-paced environments. Experience with digital customer journey work, telco experience a plus. Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies. Strong data analysis and synthesis skills, working with analysts/scientists. Experience in a creative, data-driven agency environment with digital and customer-centric focus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$140,000 USD, with individual compensation based on various factors. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.
