Coating Technician – 2nd Shift Location: Torrance, CA Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM Pay: $20.00/hour + 10% shift differential Responsibilities

Follow customer specifications and requirements as specified on the route sheet. Accurately measure coatings in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and resolve coating problems (shifting, patching, etc.). Perform test runs for new coating designs (uniformity, calibration, etc.). Repair, troubleshoot, and test chambers to ensure proper functioning. Perform general maintenance on coating chambers. Identify nonconforming products and report to management. Follow priorities and instructions given by manager. Learn and follow new procedures for updated or different coatings. Keep documentation current, organized, and accurate. Clean and foil machines as required. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and flexibility for overtime. Other Non-Essential Job Functions

Assist with unloading parts from chambers and placing them into Q.C. Maintain cleanliness in work areas, including machines, tunnels, and measuring equipment. Set a positive example for trainees; ensure procedures are followed without shortcuts. Support organization and efficiency across departments to meet customer deadlines. Care for tooling and machines used in operations. Keep spare parts bins organized and clean. Willingly assist in other areas as needed. Communicate with management or trainers regarding tasks you are not trained for. Qualifications
