The compensation package is incentive-based with earning potential tied to performance. It includes competitive new-business and renewal commissions and bonus programs to support growth at all stages of the agency’s development. Agency Launch Bonus
The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA branded agency — $20,000 Marketing Reimbursement
Paid to Agency Owner $20,000 or more (eligible up to 10K per quarter) First 36 months – measured on a quarterly basis Starts in year 3 (month 25) Full ownership (Equity) of your book of business Strong Support Throughout the Process
The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members with careful candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on launching and developing their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year. A detailed deployment plan ensures compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Training includes a mix of in-person and virtual sessions covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems. You will have access to resources to grow, recruit licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, and develop a business plan, plus connections to a network of experienced EAs and other business experts. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products to a loyal client base. Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred but not required: if not licensed, you must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance and guidance) Learning & Development requirements will be a 4-week 100% virtual training/live instructor class AAA branded office — must be approved office space 75K proof of investable capital – proof of funds available for investment into your own business (seasoned for 60 days) Must pass background check (criminal history and credit/financial) 2 licensed staff Products include
AAA Membership — You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles, including access to roadside assistance and member savings Property and casualty insurance — Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines with access to brokered products from multiple carriers Life Insurance — Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities (AAA Life Insurance Company with strong ratings, varies by state) Seniority level
