Traveling Superintendent

will be responsible for overseeing all field operations on assigned projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage subcontractors and schedules across multiple job sites throughout the country. Key Responsibilities

Manage all onsite construction activities for commercial retail projects from start to finish. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met or exceeded. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and site logistics. Interpret and implement construction plans, specifications, and schedules. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and project plans. Maintain detailed daily field reports and communicate project updates with project managers. Resolve field issues, change orders, and schedule conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance. Travel to various job sites nationwide, sometimes on short notice. Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Proven track record of delivering multi-site retail projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of ground-up, tenant improvement (TI), and remodel work. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and schedules. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, etc.). OSHA 30 certification preferred. Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays for extended periods. Preferred Experience With

National retail chains (e.g., Starbucks, Target, CVS, etc.) Rollout programs and fast-paced construction schedules Permit and inspection processes in multiple states Coordinating with architects, engineers, and owner's representatives What They Offer
