Responsibilities
Sales and Profit: Infuse your passion for Claire's products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and spreading the joy of self-expression; implementing strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.
Memorable Shopping Experiences: Create positive, inclusive customer interactions and help customers find pieces that reflect their unique personality.
Piercing Excellence: Train as a piercing expert, conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address customer questions and concerns.
Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair—inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop the team; foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results.
Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products with enthusiasm and keep store merchandising up-to-date with latest trends.

Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with proven ability to drive sales and support team success.

Strong Communication & Selling Skills: Ability to engage customers, build relationships, and close sales.
Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated, organized, and able to take charge when needed.
Passion for Fashion: Stay up to date with trends to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Curated Look Creation: Ability to create a fashion look with products during shifts.
Job Requirements
Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
Proficiency with POS systems and managing transactions.
High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of retail management experience.
Physical ability to stand for shifts and lift 25-75 lbs (11-35 kg); ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed.
Passion for customer self-expression and strong teamwork values.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfort interacting with customers, employees, and management.
Mathematical proficiency for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
Willingness to work independently at times and stay energized by customer interactions.
Interest in fashion trends and ability to guide customers in creating looks with products.

Compensation Range: $17.00 - $19.50

Final compensation will be determined by factors such as work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
