Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates and offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and community support to help you succeed. What You'll Do
You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead store performance and work to ensure the store is a success. We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success. Compensation & Benefits

High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified ADA Statement
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and reach across counters. Kitchens can be hot and noisy with limited storage space. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have effective verbal communication skills, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts or difficult situations. About PandaStrong
