Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Broker located in Deerfield, IL. The Business Broker will be responsible for managing the sale and purchase of businesses, conducting business valuations, and facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers. Additional responsibilities include marketing businesses for sale, developing client relationships, and providing expert advice on transactions. Qualifications
Willing to learn Want to meet and help entrepreneurs Knowledge of Brokerage and Business practices Strong background in Finance, banking, commercial real estate or transactional law Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Experience in commercial real estate is a plus Seniority level
