Haivision MCS is seeking an experienced
Supply Chain & Production Manager
to lead our supply chain and production teams in Atlanta. This role will oversee inventory management, procurement, planning, production scheduling, and shop floor operations for mission-critical product lines (including C360 and Navy systems). Key Responsibilities
Manage supply chain and production teams; build a performance-driven culture. Oversee inventory management (1,500–2,000+ distinct parts), procurement, receiving, and shipping. Direct production scheduling aligned with revenue and customer expectations. Drive process improvements, documentation (ISO/SOP), and ERP migration. Report key metrics and use data to guide decision-making. Ensure facility readiness and cross-departmental collaboration. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field (preferred). 7+ years of progressive supply chain/production management experience. CSCP certification strongly preferred. Proven leadership of supply chain and production teams. Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VBA) and SQL. ERP expertise (outside of SAP/Oracle), with migration experience a plus. Manufacturing experience required; ISO documentation/SOP experience required. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
