Lead and coach a team to deliver great service and maximize sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Foster a warm, welcoming store atmosphere and build strong connections with customers and partners. Drive business results through effective operations, scheduling, and execution of plan–ed initiatives. Provide mentorship and professional development for team partners with a focus on growth and performance. Qualifications

3 years retail / customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service. Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment. Strong leadership abilities with the capability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity. Minimum High School or GED. Requirements

Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country where you apply. Ability to work full time (work may require more than 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays. Benefits
