ECS is seeking a
Technical Project Manager
to work in our
Arlington, VA
office. This position is contingent upon additional funding. ECS is supporting a new DARPA initiative: Quantum Benchmarking Initiative (QBI). The project managers will serve as the main interface between a performing company and DARPA. Provide onsite project management support for the Quantum Benchmarking Initiative (QBI) as the primary interface between the performer and DARPA. Required Skills
8+ years of experience including graduate school or postdoctoral work Masters + 8 years or PhD + 4 years of work experience and technologically conversant Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a DoD Secret clearance Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to learn new subjects and gain rapid insights into current and next-generation research topics, preferably with hands-on leadership of research programs at the performer level in multidisciplinary fields Desired Skills
Experience taking a program through its full life cycle Experience with technical project management Familiarity with the DARPA technical, programmatic, and contractual environment is a plus Self-starter who can lead and support a team in a complex, fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environment ECS is an equal opportunity employer
