Job Description:
Knowledgeable On SWIFT MT. Knowledgeable On MX (ISO 20022). Hands-on experience on clearing & settlements of payments between banks. Familiar with PACS.008, PACS.009, PACS.004, PACS.009COV (FI transfers and credit transfers). Business requirements writing and converting those into technical & functional solutions. Proficient with JIRA. Excellent written and verbal communication. Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners, and end users. Strong knowledge of industry standards like ISO20022 and SWIFT. Deep understanding of multiple payment ecosystems (UPI, US RTP, FedNow, SEPA, Interac, etc.), regional payment practices, and emerging solutions. Experience with digital transformation and migration of legacy payment systems. Define & document User Stories and ICDs in JIRA under appropriate epic. Provide solution, story & ICD walkthrough to partners, Engineering Managers and CQE teams. Work with Scrum Masters & RTEs for day-to-day execution of initiatives via a scrum team. Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements and convert them into technical & functional solutions. Define and document user stories and ICDs in JIRA under the appropriate epic. Provide solution walkthroughs to partners, engineering managers, and CQE teams. Collaborate with Scrum Masters & RTEs for day-to-day execution of initiatives with a scrum team. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria. Maintain strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders. Qualifications
