About the Role Trantor is seeking a Product Owner to spearhead the development and management of our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) capability. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and partner organizations to evolve and optimize our PRM system, ensuring it meets business objectives and delivers seamless partner experience Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years as a Product Owner or in a product management role plus prior experience in either: Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, or Engineering background that enables clear understanding of technical concepts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills—capable of engaging with both technical teams and external partners. Hybrid availability: must be present on-site in Atlanta at least 3 days per week. Proven ability to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from diverse stakeholders. Experience managing a product backlog and writing clear, actionable user stories. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to work closely with development teams. Demonstrated track record of delivering enhancements or new features that meet business goals and improve user experience. Optional Requirements (Nice-to-Haves) Prior experience working with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems. Salesforce and SaaS experience are good to have Roles And Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders and Trantor partners to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for the PRM system. Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and technical specifications for engineering teams. Maintain and manage the product backlog—prioritize features and enhancements to enhance partner success and system efficiency. Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of upgrades and features. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the PRM system, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams to ensure the PRM aligns with broader strategic objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. Seniority level
