This position will lead the implementation of automation and AI-driven initiatives across our franchise network. Responsibilities
Project Management & Implementation Own the full lifecycle of technology and AI/automation projects from scoping to deployment. Manage deliverables, milestones, and timelines in alignment with business priorities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and outsourced developers. Process Documentation & Optimization Document current and future-state workflows in detail. Identify and propose opportunities for automation and AI integration to reduce manual labor and improve efficiency. AI Liaison & Collaboration Act as the bridge between business units and the AI development team. Ensure business needs are translated into technical requirements and solutions. Facilitate user training and change management related to new AI tools or automated workflows. Tracking & Reporting Measure and document cost savings and time reductions for each project. Report outcomes against predefined KPIs and ensure ROI metrics are captured accurately. Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong background in business process analysis, documentation, and optimization. Familiarity with AI and automation technologies (e.g., RPA, NLP, machine learning) is a strong plus. Experience working with outsourced development teams and third-party vendors. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Documented metrics such as percentage reduction in manual labor hours, number of automated workflows, time-to-deploy AI solutions, and cost savings per initiative Computer literacy with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Adobe, OneDrive, etc. The ability to work under pressure; exceptional attention to detail; ability to conceptualize; self-driven; ability to work independently and make decisions Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check; ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to follow the Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics
Education and Experience
Required:
Bachelors degree in the technology field or related industry Experience in the construction or computer science industries Experience with industry software PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications Experience working with Azure-based solutions or similar cloud platforms Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, RPA platforms, or data integration systems
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, or kneel. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery Must be able to communicate with customers over the phone Occasionally lift up to 10lbs Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Work Environment
The employee will be working remotely in their home office or in the office, and will be exposed to normal conditions of air conditioning and heat. Most work will be conducted over email, video conferencing, and telephone. Employees must have access to a stable internet connection and use VPN technology to securely connect remotely. The successful person must be productive with minimal supervision.
Travel
This position may require up to 25% travel. Travel to franchise locations, company meetings/events, and training may be required.
