Job Summary : In this role, you will cultivate and manage supply-side relationships with media owners, operators, and streamers. The role is responsible for driving growth and adoption for Universal Ads’ sell side. This role focuses on creating and executing partner/supply strategies, shaping our message, and working with different teams to set priorities and plans. Job Description Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a unified supply strategy that integrates our core capabilities Consistently deliver high-quality results, turning strategic vision into action with a focus on efficiency and beating deadlines Collaborate with senior leadership to align supply strategy with overall business goals and long-range plan Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing business Distill complex narratives into simple, actionable opportunities Elevate Universal Ads visibility through thought leadership and industry relationships with decision-makers Client and Partnership Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including Publishers, MVPDs, OEMs Oversee the development and execution of partnership strategies to maximize growth from content distributers including Publishers, MPVDs, and OEMs Monitor and analyze partnerships performance, providing actionable insights to drive execution and product adoption Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and promote new opportunities Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support, addressing escalations and issues promptly and effectively Operational Excellence Implement rigor and best practices to ensure efficient and effective supply operations Oversee the integration and utilization of data and technology to enhance supply activation and campaign performance Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest levels of transparency, trust, and integrity with clients and partners Employees At All Levels Are Expected To Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job Own the customer experience; think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services Know your stuff; be enthusiastic learners, users, and advocates of our game-changing technology, products, and services, especially our digital tools and experiences Win as a team; make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas Be an active part of the Net Promoter System; a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company by joining huddles, making call backs, and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers Drive results and growth Respect and promote inclusion & diversity Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors, and our communities Comcast is an equal opportunity workplace.
