The Field Training Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality operational training to our franchise partners, corporate managers, and team members ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across all locations. This role spends approximately 80% of its time in the field, coaching, training, and providing hands-on support to drive operational excellence and improve overall performance. This role is key in ensuring our brand standards stay strong and consistent as we grow. Will Report to:

Training & Development Lead in-store training for all corporate managers to ensure operational and service excellence. Oversee complete training for all new franchisees in restaurant operations and best practices. Assist in classroom training sessions for both new and existing franchisees. Conduct training seminars in restaurants for franchisees and corporate staff, focusing on best practices, updated methods, and operational standards. Train and support team members during New Store Openings, which may require travel. Field Operations & Support Spend 80% of time in the field, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, providing hands-on coaching and reinforcing brand standards. Conduct full-day field visits (minimum of eight hours) in restaurants to observe, train, and coach teams. Work closely with the VP of Operations and Franchise Business Consultants to identify operational gaps, training needs, and areas of focus. Provide detailed feedback reports after field visits to ensure follow-up and accountability. Dedicate at least one full day per week at the Restaurant Support Center to complete administrative duties, content creation, review training reports, and collaborate with leadership. Assist with staff support at local events as needed. Operational Knowledge Be proficient in all kitchen operations, including food safety, product rotation, and strict adherence to quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant operations and training; franchising experience preferred. Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop others. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. Ability to travel for training and new store openings. A SERV Safe certification is required. Spanish speaking required.
