Lecturer (Facilities Management), Fall 2025

Description Salary Information: Minimum for Academic Year 2025-2026, $1,911 per credit hour, commensurate with education and experience. Other Conditions: For lecturer applicant pool, part-time, pending availability of funds and actual staffing requirements. Must be available to teach courses online and in person, either during the day, evening, or weekend. Duties and Responsibilities Teach assigned courses in Facilities Management. Manage assigned course content, assignments, interactions and communications in a timely & professional manner. Maintain a minimum of one office hour per week for each course taught. Update course syllabi and assessment reports related to teaching and student feedback. Work under supervision of division chair/program faculty to integrate teaching efforts with other instructors in discipline area. Work with the program faculty to continuously improve the course content at the end of semester. Work with classroom multimedia and/or distance education course management system technologies. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with equivalent professional experiences &/or certifications in relevant facilities management discipline. Desirable Qualifications College teaching experience with demonstrated lecture and/or online teaching effectiveness.
