About the Role Ownership and oversight of Player Development performance across all online sportsbook and iCasino products within an assigned region, including VIP acquisition, retention, P&L, reinvestment, and market share expansion.

About the Work

Directs the casino marketing function for PENN Interactive, focusing on iCasino states.

Drives revenue, grows the VIP database, and expands in key markets.

Leads strategic direction for the regional VIP team to meet sales, engagement, market share, and revenue goals.

Develops and enforces department processes and compliance initiatives to improve operations and service.

Provides high-level KPI data reporting and performance reviews for managers and staff within the region.

Monitors industry VIP market offerings and leverages intel to maintain VIP wallet share.

Maintains knowledge of product and technology updates, informing regional staff accordingly.

Creates opportunities to attract high-value VIPs through relationships and social engagement.

Oversees member onboarding, investigations, loyalty programs, and reactivation efforts.

Uses daily reports and analysis for sound business decisions.

Assists with the implementation of new initiatives and incentive programs.

Maintains communication with Risk, Responsible Gaming, Payment, and AML teams for informed decision-making.

About You

At least 5+ years of gaming experience, online or brick-and-mortar.

At least 3+ years of management experience with a proven sales and revenue track record.

At least 2+ years of experience in online gaming operations.

Experience in customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing, or account management.

Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, with excellent communication and telephone etiquette.

Proficient in data management tools.

Resilient and positive in interactions with customers and staff.

Ability to review and understand player tracking and reports.

Effective communication skills across all levels.

Willingness to travel for events across the US and Canada.

Experience overseeing high-level customer events and supervising team members at such events.

Must qualify for necessary licenses and permits.

Must have a passion for sports, casino, and betting.

Salary Range $118,000 - $130,000 USD

Initial placement depends on experience and knowledge. Our total rewards include wellness programs, medical coverage from day one, 401(k) matching, performance bonuses, and equity options. Paid time off varies by policy and increases with tenure.
