Overview
Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Psychology The postdoctoral fellowship for 2025-2026 focuses on training competent clinical psychologists to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in an outpatient setting. Fellows will receive broad training in evidence-based clinical interventions for a diverse patient population and will participate in didactics, clinical supervision with staff, and group consultation meetings. The program offers four tracks for specialization. Tracks
Therapy - Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapy - Adult Therapy - Generalist Integrated Care Responsibilities and Training Opportunities
Provide consultation to providers, brief assessment, evidence-based intervention, and triage to other LifeStance departments or community resources Learn about the model of integrated primary care and work on a multidisciplinary team Engage in a fast-paced clinical environment with diverse presentations; communicate clinical information efficiently Deliver evidence-based treatment (including CBT, health psychology/behavioral medicine, biofeedback and stress management, traditional psychodynamic models, and tele-psychology) for a variety of disorders Participate in didactics, individual supervision, weekly group supervision, and specialty consultation groups Attend ethics, assessment, psychopathology, and evidence-based treatment seminars; engage in supervision and rounds Prerequisites and Eligibility
Must have earned a doctorate in psychology from an APA-accredited program and completed an APA-accredited internship; all doctoral requirements must be completed prior to the starting date Expectations and Schedule
The fellowship begins on August 25, 2025 Typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; no on-call or overnight duties except emergency coverage Up to 2 evenings per week; approximately 25 patient contact hours per week Fellows are expected to apply for licensure and take exams (EPPP and MA state exam) as soon as eligible in Massachusetts Compensation and Benefits
