Purpose of Position As an ambassador of the NetJets brand, the Flight Attendant delivers an elite and personalized air travel experience while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and security. The Flight Attendant represents the standard of private aviation, combining safety leadership, refined inflight service, and bespoke hospitality. Each flight reflects our standards of safety above all and a seamless, luxurious travel experience that anticipates and exceeds Owner expectations.
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of all Owners and passengers within the aircraft cabin, adhering to the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM), Service Procedures Checklist, Standard Operating Procedures, and all related policies.
Perform interior preflight inspections; warmly welcome Owners and guests; provide personalized briefings and act as the subject matter expert on aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems.
Source high-quality catering from external providers when necessary, ensuring items meet luxury standards and align with Owner preferences.
Deliver elevated inflight service, including premium beverage and food presentation, turndown service, and execution of bespoke Owner profiles and service notes.
Ensure cabin baggage is correctly and safely stowed per regulatory and company policies.
Conduct flights with Owners traveling with pets or when smoking is permitted onboard, maintaining discretion and service excellence.
Collaborate effectively within a team/crew environment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols and coordinating with Owner Services and other internal teams.
Serve as a trusted liaison for Owners/Passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO through safe arrival at destination to ensure a seamless experience.
Proactively communicate cabin-related maintenance concerns or irregularities to the Pilot in Command for prompt resolution.
Complete administrative duties, including inventory documentation, service passdowns, and crew reports with accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized cabin in line with company standards.
Use innovative thinking to address complex issues and make prompt decisions in dynamic environments.
Other duties as assigned based on trip or operational requirements.

Must be at least 21 years old
Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts
Excellent communication with clarity, professionalism, and poise
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Body size must comply with aircraft dimensions and safety requirements
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to perform in dynamic and fast-changing environments
Ability to manage personal rest while on duty
Flight duties may require long hours and multi-time-zone travel
Willingness to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days
Eligible for airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials
Pass TSA background screenings and obtain required clearances
Must hold a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
Must hold a valid State driver’s license
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
Polished appearance and service-oriented demeanor
Strong oral and written communication under pressure
Sound judgment and attention to detail
Physical ability to exert force as needed to move objects
Comfortable around animals and able to provide care during Owner flights
Maintain Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire
