AI Digital Solutions Engineer – Oil & Gas We’re helping upstream and midstream operators transform the way they work — with AI at the core. As an AI Digital Solutions Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of operations, data, and intelligent automation. You’ll design and deploy AI-powered tools, copilots, and decision-support solutions that optimize drilling, production, and midstream workflows. This role is ideal for solutions engineers with strong software/data skills who are passionate about leading the adoption of AI/ML and generative AI in oil & gas operations. What you’ll do: Build scalable data pipelines and AI/ML-enabled solutions. Deploy copilots, predictive analytics, and natural language search for operational data. Partner with engineers and business leaders to drive AI adoption and measurable ROI. Champion the shift from digital workflows to true AI-powered decision making. What we’re looking for: Python, SQL, APIs, and data engineering expertise. Experience with operational data systems (SCADA, PI, production systems). Familiarity with Azure (Data Factory, ADLS, Cognitive Search, ML, Databricks). Curiosity and drive to make AI practical, scalable, and impactful.
