Our AMERICAS team is a critical part of our global operations, which includes our global headquarters in Paris, and our other offices and facilities in Singapore, Japan and Australia, from which we are able to deliver and install robots in almost every market around the world. Objective Join Balyo as the creative and analytical force behind our sales process. You’ll design greenfield warehouse solutions, solve complex logistics challenges, and place our industry-leading robotic technology at the core of clients’ operations. This role blends 60% warehouse solution design with 40% robotics solution engineering. Key skills: Data Analytics, Layout Design, Material Handling Automation, Warehouse Racking, Material & Process Flows. As part of the Solutions team, you’ll support Sales by creating innovative concepts that integrate Balyo robotics to win new business. This position is especially critical for greenfield projects and complex system integrations, where the right logistics design upfront defines project success. Key Responsibilities Design warehouse solutions: analyze data, map flows, create layouts, and integrate racking, conveyors, WMS/WCS, and BALYO robots. Develop digital twin simulations to validate throughput, capacity, and ROI. Support sales cycles: assess RFPs/RFIs, define technical feasibility, and co-build winning proposals. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Delivery, and Service to ensure solutions are executable and aligned. Act as technical advisor with clients and partners, providing expertise on automation, flows, and integration strategies. Partner with major 3PL and industrial warehouse operators in the US to design and deliver innovative solutions. Drive innovation: contribute to best practices, documentation, and tools that strengthen our pre-sales capabilities. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar (Master’s a plus). 7+ years in warehouse design, logistics engineering, or solutions design. Proven expertise in data analytics (Excel, SQL, Python) and layout design (CAD tools). Experience with automation systems (AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, AS/RS) and simulation software.
