The Department of Genetics at Yale University School of Medicine is looking to appoint an outstanding investigator, mentor and colleague at the junior (i.e., Assistant Professor) tenure-track faculty level. The overarching goal of the Department of Genetics is to discover new biology driven by genetics that improves human health through translational science and clinical care. The department specializes in basic and clinical research in areas spanning developmental biology, chromatin and epigenetics, tissue patterning and morphogenesis, stem cells and regeneration, genetic mechanisms of disease, human genetics and genomics, data science and computational biology, rare disease, genomic technologies, gene therapies and quantitative and systems biology.
