Job Title: Packager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Packaging department. The role involves basic packaging, kitting, boxing, operating a machine to print barcodes on products, and handling shipping duties. You will help prepare rolls of barcode stickers for customer delivery. This position requires strong attention to detail as it involves quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Perform basic packaging and kitting tasks.
Box products and operate machinery to print barcodes on items.
Prepare products for shipping to customers.
Engage in shrink wrapping and basic production labor.
Work in a Cleanroom environment wearing a hairnet and gown.
Maintain high-quality standards and meet quota numbers for rolls packaged.
Essential Skills
Experience in assembly and packaging (at least 1 year preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with hoist assistance available if needed.
Strong attention to detail for quality assurance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanically inclined.
Experience in labelling and finishing processes.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 6 am to 3 pm Monday through Thursday and 6 am to 12 pm on Friday, with optional overtime starting at 4 am. The dress code is casual, requiring t-shirts or sweaters, long pants, and closed-toed shoes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
