Purpose

The Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting marketing initiatives with a strong focus on website development, brand refresh projects, and digital engagement. Additional responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate website redesign or replatforming projects, from concept through launch Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to maintain site functionality, SEO best practices, and a user-friendly experience Manage content updates, track analytics, and recommend improvements to drive traffic and conversions Assist in executing a comprehensive rebranding strategy, including visual identity, messaging, and collateral updates Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across print, digital, and social media Coordinate the rollout of new branding across all marketing materials and internal/external communications Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, digital advertising) Create and edit copy for web pages, blog posts, press releases, and promotional materials Monitor campaign performance metrics and report on ROI Develop project timelines and manage deliverables with internal teams and external vendors Track budgets and manage marketing-related invoices and contracts Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures Travel domestically up to 20% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary Perform other duties as assigned Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic/Digital Design, or related field, and a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably with website development or rebranding projects required; OR In lieu of a bachelors degree, a minimum of 6 years of marketing experience will be accepted, preferably with website development or rebranding project Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace) and basic HTML/CSS a plus Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and marketing analytics (Google Analytics, SEO tools) required Clearance of favorable background investigation required
