Part Time Range: $65-$70 hourly (we also pay for one hour of case planning per week, per case at the billable rate) FT Salary Range: Base $80,000-$85,000 (PLUS significant quarterly bonus potential. Combined potential: $100,000+) We are now an Early Intervention provider throughout all of our regions. Balanced case loads with AM hours. No weekends required. We have home-based BCBA opportunities in all of our regions. BCBA Full-Time Offers: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and education Excellent Health insurance, flexible Dental, and Vision plans. Center Based BCBAs - No Nights or Weekends 15 days Paid Time Off plus a generous holiday schedule Two Professional Development Days off for CEU use Tuition Discounts with University partners Training, support, professional development, and internal CEU opportunities with annual reimbursement allotment for external CEUs (up to $750 per year) Internal Training Team for Clinical as well as Leadership Training Performance Incentives (Quarterly bonus potential) Reimbursement for session-related materials and equipment Collaboration with KAS industry-leading clinicians Virtual electronic data collection system to allow for light paperwork Location matched BCBA/Clients to ensure less drive time/more client time Mentoring Program for newly certified BCBAs Relocation services within the states KAS serves BCBA Part-Time Offers: Excellent competitive hourly rates, commensurate with experience and education Training, professional development, and CEU opportunities Opportunities to network with other experienced BCBAs on the KEY team Virtual electronic data collection system to allow for light paperwork Flexible hours and the ability to choose your work schedule Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans Supervise and train ABA/Behavioral Technicians Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress Requirements: Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state) Master's Degree in ABA or related field Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle Previous ABA Experience Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have your own transportation and auto insurance About us: Currently, Key Autism Services provides services to children and adults diagnosed with autism throughout several states.
