to join their

Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their personal, financial, and family circumstances, goals, and concerns. Prepare wills, trusts (revocable and irrevocable), powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related documents. Advise on strategies to minimize estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer (GST), and income taxes. Assist with the orderly transition of family-owned or closely held businesses. Establish charitable trusts, foundations, or donor-advised funds for philanthropic goals. Represent executors in court proceedings to validate wills, inventory assets, notify creditors, and distribute assets. Guide trustees through the legal and fiduciary obligations of managing and distributing trust assets. Work with appraisers and financial institutions to value and transfer estate assets to beneficiaries.
