Overview

Work with the Worship Pastor and Campus Pastor to implement the creative vision for the Weekend services and senior leadership initiatives for the assigned campus, and assist or oversee the following areas on the assigned campus. Responsibilities

Leadership Development – Oversee the mentoring and development of aspiring worship leaders, both musically and spiritually, for church growth and future campus staffing. Musical Development – Oversee the development and organization of vocal and musical skill strengthening programs. Conduct instrument-specific workshops and training as well as oversee all vocal direction. Discipleship – Assist in the development and implementation of shepherding and discipleship programs to develop and equip individuals to bring others closer to Jesus. Service Production – Oversee the production and implementation of the weekend services, including directing the Technical Arts area and its team leaders. Campus Preparation – Oversee the set-up and tear-down of the campus stage and ensure rehearsal and sound check schedules are adhered to. Equipping Volunteers – Oversee the scheduling of team volunteers and distribution of rehearsal materials one month in advance to allow for music memorization and quality execution. Staff Alignment – Attend weekly Staff Meetings and maintain loyalty, flexibility, and unity while championing the CenterPoint vision. To apply: please send resumes to hiring@cpchurch.com.
