Overview
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Scientist Co-op (Abiomed) to join our Clinical Affairs Team in Danvers, MA. This role supports the design and development of global clinical studies to generate robust clinical evidence for Abiomed products. You will learn from a cross-disciplinary team of scientists while contributing to innovative medical device and clinical research efforts. Responsibilities
Support the design and development of global clinical studies to generate robust clinical evidence that enhances patient outcomes through Abiomed products. Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of scientists in a fast-paced clinical affairs environment. Contribute to activities across the clinical research lifecycle in support of the department\'s objectives. Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a graduate program (Master\'s or PhD) in Biophysics, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computational Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field. Solid understanding of cardiology and the cardiovascular space, including familiarity with medical devices. Proficient in biostatistics with hands-on experience using MATLAB, R, or SAS for data analysis and modeling. Highly motivated, dependable team player with strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship at the time of application or in the future. Students on CPT/OPT/STEM OPT typically require sponsorship for long-term employment and may not meet program requirements unless eligible for an alternative status that does not require sponsorship. Location: Danvers, Massachusetts Pay: The anticipated base pay range is $23.00 to $51.50 per hour and will be based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible for certain Company benefits where applicable. Employment Type
