Pay: $75,000.00 / year Employment type: Full-Time Job Description
We are seeking a Director Of Catering (Monday - Friday Days) to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Base salary: $75,000 - $77,900 Full benefits, 3 weeks vacation, PTO, and comprehensive health and dental insurance. Location: Hampton or Norfolk, VA area. Experience with contract foodservice accounts will be a huge plus. Business Dining, Corporate Dining, Education segments, or freestanding restaurant catering experience required. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage kitchen personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications:
