Now Hiring: Director-in-Training Our Director-in-Training program is a hands-on, 3-month experience, including a one-week onsite boot camp in Clayton, NC, where you’ll learn about hiring your dream team, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum know-how. Completing the program may lead to a permanent School Director role. What Your Days Will Look Like
Hands-on training in hiring, team-building, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum development Lead recruitment, training, and support for your staff while ensuring state compliance Supervise and inspire your team, manage staffing schedules, and handle substitutes Build warm connections with families and staff Host tours and welcome new families into the community Maintain a safe, clean school environment Handle administrative tasks (billing, payroll, records) efficiently Contribute to classroom operations and daily activities as needed Perks & Benefits
