Overview

ENDICTUS is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer with expertise in application modernization, cloud architecture, and system integration to support our client's CMS modernization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that bridge legacy systems with new Azure-based infrastructure, ensuring system security, compliance, and long-term scalability. Key Responsibilities

Support modernization of the end client's Client Management System through software development, system integration, and phased migration activities. Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based architectures leveraging Microsoft Azure services. Analyze legacy system source code and develop solutions to ensure backwards compatibility during modernization phases. Implement best practices in data governance, system security, and network/platform infrastructure design. Collaborate with program managers, developers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues related to applications, integrations, and cloud services. Ensure modernization tasks meet federal IT compliance, security, and governance standards. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field (from an accredited institution). 5+ years of experience in application modernization, cloud architecture, application development, and/or system migrations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including infrastructure, data, and application components. Hands-on experience with software integration, legacy system analysis, and phased modernization. Familiarity with modern development tools, frameworks, and scripting languages. Strong understanding of system security, governance frameworks, and federal IT compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. ENDICTUS Benefits
