We are seeking a
Patient Services Manager
to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in Westchester County. Key Responsibilities
Establish goals and oversee implementation of patient food services needs based on medical direction and patient population Hire, direct, coach, train, and develop patient service team members Ensure dietary restrictions on special or modified diets are met within guidelines of the diet order limitations Support patient satisfaction by assisting the patient services staff in achieving stated goals Comply with regulatory standards (federal, state, and accrediting agencies) while upholding facility confidentiality, HIPAA, and patient rights policies Participate in or lead patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs Qualifications
Associate degree with one (1) year of work experience in food services or related field, or bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian (preferred) Minimum of one (1) year experience in food service management (preferred in an acute care setting) ServSafe certification (desirable) Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet office systems Compensation and Benefits
