Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Title: Senior Family Law Paralegal & Office Manager
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)
Hourly Range: $25.00 – $40.00/hour, based on experience
Benefits: Medical insurance, Paid Time Off, 401(k) match, and quarterly performance bonuses
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center area)
Practice Areas: Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Parenting Time, Domestic Relations
Key Responsibilities
Manage family law cases from intake through trial — ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules.
Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and disclosures in Colorado courts.
Organize client financial records, identify missing information, and prepare accurate Sworn Financial Statements.
Assist attorneys in trial preparation: organize exhibits, prepare trial notebooks, and ensure readiness for hearings.
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff to move cases forward.
Maintain confidential client information with the highest level of professionalism.
Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and case management workflow.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Colorado family law paralegal experience (divorce, custody, child support, parenting time).
Exceptional understanding of preparing sworn financial statements and gathering financial disclosures
Proven track record of meeting all filing deadlines without extensions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors before documents are filed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage 30+ active cases simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal case management software preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Empathetic and professional with clients navigating difficult legal matters.
