$27.00 - $31.00 per hour Shifts available: Day, Afternoon, Overnight Benefits

MUST have valid T-89 or F89 FDNY Fire Life Safety Director License MUST have Valid NY State Security Guard License Minimum 2 years Hotel FLSD experience (preferred) Associate or higher degree in a fire/security related field (preferred, not required) Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to understand and communicate in English (verbal and written) Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position; technical working knowledge of building systems Protective security experience is a plus Responsibilities
Multiple tours of the facility during your shift Operate radio, telephone equipment, and/or console monitors Interact cordially and communicate with the public Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Effective oral and written communication Identify critical issues quickly and accurately Work overtime and weekends as needed Assist residents/customers with access control issues Tour the entire facility multiple times per shift Equal Opportunity
