Lead Full-Stack .NET Developer
We’re seeking a talented and hands-on Lead Full-Stack .NET Developer. This role involves leading a small team of developers while remaining deeply involved in coding, architecture, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in C#, .NET, Azure, SQL, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular, with a focus on designing scalable APIs and cloud-first applications.
Compensation Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus
Salary is 100k to 110k + bonus
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#), Azure, and SQL Server
Build and consume RESTful APIs to support front-end and back-end integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and UX/UI
Drive best practices in code quality, testing, security, and CI/CD pipelines
Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning sessions
Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and the development team
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET Core development
Proficiency in Azure services (Functions, App Services, Storage, DevOps, etc.)
Solid experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL, including complex queries and performance tuning
Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
Proficiency in front-end development with React or Angular
Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and modern development practices
Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of developers
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Agile/Scrum methodology exposure
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
