LCC (Local Control Center) Cyber Security Engineer
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities
Provide technical services in support of LCC activities, including Cyber Documentation, Semi-Annual Reports (via the Enterprise Reporting System), and Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment (CORA) oversight.
Provide Cyber Document Review and Reporting.
Collect, review, write, and submit required reports to the MDA Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) for each DCC Test, Training, Remote Site, and Administrative System.
Maintain cyber libraries, eMASS and repositories (Documents, findings, and evidence).
Manage ACAS exemptions and extensions, develop and maintain compliance dashboards, and ensure operational compliance with DoD and Cyber Task Orders.
Operate and maintain the compliance of ESS modules, including review and validation of Rouge Sensor Detection (RSD) waivers to ensure adherence to DoD standards.
Track document submission schedules.
Collect and review documents from system ISSOs, including Updated Network Diagrams, Mission Relevant Cyber Terrain information (as applicable), Port, Protocols, and Services Management (PPSMs).
Review and submit Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Compliance Report, Equipment Inventory Report, and System/Site Information Form (SIF).
Support DCC data collection and correlation efforts of required artifacts for CORA events.
Work with ISSOs in developing compliance initiatives.
Contribute to security planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk management, certification and awareness activities of MDA systems.
Support control assessment, reporting and monitoring processes using eMASS.
Coordinate actions with internal and external teams, customers, stakeholders and leaders to execute tasks with minimal to no mission impact.
Brief Government and Contract Leadership in a confident, concise, and professional manner.
Assess information systems security requirements, evaluate current security posture, and recommend remediation priorities.
Review information system infrastructure and application architecture to assess security requirements.
Salary This position is expected to pay $125,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and any certifications directly related to the position.
Education and Experience
Must have 4 or more years of general (full-time) work experience (may be reduced with completion of advanced education).
Must have 2 or more years of directly related experience.
Must have an Associate's degree (or higher) in a related field.
Must have experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Cyber Task Orders (CTO), Authority to Operate (ATO), and Program of Actions and Milestones (POA&M).
Must have experience consolidating reports from ACAS, Endpoint Security Suite (ESS), and Hardware and Software (HW/SW) Lists.
Must have experience with Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Security Classification Guides (SCG).
Must be familiar with DoD/MDA NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Risk Management Framework.
Must have experience as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO).
Must have a current DoD 8570.01M IAT Level II certification.
Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Position Type / Hours Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is required.
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Must be able to travel, including air travel up to 10%.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
