System Engineer 3 with Security Clearance
RealmOne is seeking a talented System Engineer with strong project management skills to provide engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO. The successful candidate will have the ability to elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model. The individual will form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users. They will have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture and work as a key contributor in an agile development environment. The Level 3 Systems Engineer shall possess the following capabilities: Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288. Technical Process Areas include: Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus six years of systems engineering experience. A High School Diploma or GED plus ten years of general system engineering experience. A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus four years of systems engineering experience. A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus four years of systems engineering experience. Certifications Required: This position requires PRIVAC. Candidate must have a current poly and/or currently possess the minimum level of PRIVAC required for this role.
