All-Source (Fusion) Analyst
to provide advanced analytical support in a fast-paced operational environment. This role focuses on intelligence analysis, operational mission management, and intelligence collection management to support Theater Army intelligence efforts in U.S. Army-Pacific’s (USARPAC) Intelligence Directorate at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. *This posting is part of our ongoing talent pipeline. As an All-Source Fusion Analyst, you will be responsible for fusing and analyzing information from various intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, OSINT) to develop comprehensive assessments, identify threats, and support tactical and strategic decision-making. You will utilize advanced analysis tools and techniques, generate timely reports, and collaborate extensively with other intelligence disciplines to produce actionable intelligence products. Your duties include monitoring the threat landscape in the Pacific, identifying trends, and adhering to security protocols to safeguard classified information. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth all-source intelligence analysis to address PIRs. Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies across multiple disciplines including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT. Evaluate the credibility and relevance of information from various sources. Produce detailed reports, briefings, and assessments with actionable insights. Develop predictive intelligence products to support decision-makers. Fuse information from collection platforms and databases to create integrated products. Support shift work to ensure continuous coverage. Maintain proficiency in analysis methodologies and tools. Perform other duties as assigned. Approximately 20% travel may be required, domestically and internationally. Candidates should have: 5+ years of experience in all-source operational environments or collection management as a trained Army 35F or equivalent. Experience with intelligence writing and ICD 203 standards. Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence issues, especially relating to Asian nations. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance; US citizenship required. Educational requirements vary: HS diploma/GED with 11 years, Associate’s Degree with 9 years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of total work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center. Experience coordinating with operational intelligence centers. Knowledge of Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products. Experience with intelligence software such as Palantir or Analyst's Notebook. Ability to work with multiple intelligence disciplines. Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA).
